I was wondering what happens when you eat a Doomfish, and what happens when you play with a Diseased Mechafish. I was wondering what they both do, so if anyone could tell me I would appreciate it.

Nothing happens to your pet when you do either. It’s just a normal toy or food. There are no side effects.
