What are the benefits of having an old neopets acct as oppose to a new one?

You can see higher rarity items in the Neopian shops as your account ages, so restocking is better on older accounts.
You need a four month account to visit the hidden tower.
It’s rumoured you need a 4 year account to visit the new store at the NC mall, the ‘Elite Boutique’.
You need at least a 4 month account before you can adopt expensive painted pets, limited edition/restricted pets, and pets over level 2 from the pound. You can adopt cheaper colours at any age.
