On neopets people have their own money guide, but it's on Neopets.com,How do I get mine to be like that?

Those users have uploaded their guides on their Neopet’s page. This is a rather neat feature on Neopets where you can create a homepage for your pet, or simply use the space to create a guide, screenie gallery, guild homepage, or other neopets-related site. These are aptly called petpages.
Every Neopet you create has one automatically, and you can edit them by going here: http://www.neopets.com/edithomepage.phtml
Since you can have a maximum of four pets on one account, you can have a maximum of four petpages on one account. These pages will be available at http://www.neopets.com/~YOUR_PETS_NAME or by visiting your pet’s Pet Lookup and clicking on the "Visit Pets Web Page" icon. (This icon has a picture of a blue lupe and is directly beside the "Neomail Owner" icon.)
Each pet species (Draik, Shoyru, Cybunny, Grarrl, etc.) has its own default homepage, which is what you will see if you visit its page before editting.

You need to go onto ure pet page and edit that, thats what they have done
