yes its possible and lots of people with computer knowledge do it anyways

I think it is ok to do on petpages, just not in shops and galleries or user lookups.

no becuase its neopets trademarks but you can do special things with your page so nobody notices it.

It isn’t allowed, but you can change the font size to one at the end of you coding to make the text smaller.
