If I steal a Neopets cash card from a store can I redeem it at the NC Mall?
October 30th, 2009 by adminI hear there’s a code you scratch on the back. But I also see on the top of the card and it says, "No value until activated at register."
Does this mean I have to buy it and have them scan it in order for me to redeem the card?

Sorry darlin, it’s useless to steal those. My friend tried to steal minute cards for her tracphone and it didn’t work either. They do have to activate them at the register. So just steal the other things you want and use your money on those. XD jk (maybe)

Other than the fact stealing the card is illegal and against the law so you shouldn’t do it or even think about it! The card won’t work unless you pay.
They need to scan the card and activate that code, if the code hasn’t been activated then its just a pointless series of numbers and letters than won’t do anything.
