How long does it take for Neopets to respond to a request to unfreeze an account that was unfairly frozen?
February 2nd, 2010 by adminI would like to know this, because I just got unfairly frozen for "auto buying" when I was not. =\ I realize that Neopets may not respond, but based on experiences, how long did it take to get a response?

I’ve been down that road to. More than likely, you will not get the account unfrozen. If they do respond, usually it doesn’t take too long. But they will say something like "based on your reasons, we cannot unfreeze you account due to etc…etc." It’s best just to start a new account. But you never know. They may give it back
