First of all, you need to know CSS or HTML. There are many guides in the Internet and on Neopets. If you would like your lookups to look better and have more detail, use a special paint program like Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro. You can look for free trials of them, just google ‘Photoshop Free Trial’ or the same as Paint Shop Pro.
