How do you get Hissi and/or Lutari in Neopets?
October 31st, 2009 by adminI was wondering because I started doing Neopets again, and I have no idea how to get Hissi, the snake thing with wings, or Lutari, the otter with what looks like paint spots on it. They don’t show up where it says create-a-pet. So if anyone knows and can tell me, it would really help me out.
Thanks, great answers, but does anyone know the Neopets people’s address? I could probably find it if I looked, but I can’t right now. Thanks!

They have changed the site quite a bit and i think they removed those pets as i have not seen them on there in a very long time! I wish i could help you more…I think you could probley e-mail them and ask! Im sure someone will be sure to answer back! Good luck and best wishes Always J.

They are limited edition pets and can only be created on their ‘day’. See the neopets calender for what days are for what pets.

J. I think you are right about the neopets site…They have changed it so much and have gotten rid of alot of different kinds of pets… Now they say it is limited edition! Sorry i cant help! But i think J. is right try and e-mail them about the problem. Kassidy
